Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the BJD components or fashion items in their original collector's box and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our designated return center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
